“Ordered a ladder from these people with the promise of 5 day delivery, 3 weeks later no ladder had arrived so started a refund claim then the day after that starts they post it out, even after being told numerous times it had been posted and refused a refund because its already in the post

“Shocking state new ladders arrived - badly scratched and damaged - no protection - just been slung in the back of a delivery truck. No care taken....order nearly £3,000. Very unhelpful. Return not resolved - due to lack of communication from Lyte Head office and the 3rd party, Abbey Access we brought these ladders through. Ladders delivered directly from Lyte. Decided to write off cost but totally UNSATISFIED - never using these companies again - shame as needed to order x 12 more sets so both companies lost out on further orders worth £36,000!!!.”
