“Very helpful and friendly staff”

“Magenta has been kind to me, and the storage space is great. However, it is extremely expensive now, and I will have to find another way to store or dispose of my things. That is my only reservation about the service provision. The staff at the Oxford branch of Magenta are extremely nice.”

Dear Carol, Thank you for submitting a review and we really appreciate your kind words. I will pass your comments about cost across to our store manager and see if there's anything that can be done to avoid you having to vacate your storage space. Kind regards, Magenta Storage.
