MagicJack have a Customer Happiness Grade of D. Customers are unhappy with their customer service.
The power adapter failed ( twice ) and they refused to replace it. The 'guarantee' is only for 30 days. The charge to replace it was approx. $16. Having spent over an hour on the chat app with them they also refused to refund my money for unused years of service so I am left with a useless device.
I have a problem with service, but when I call for help, they said that I must pay $70 than I will get help!!!!
