“The product was great & as expected - the delivery and service received from your chosen shipping company was absolutely disgusting. I paid extra for the Next Working Day delivery to be told by DPD that they were 'too busy' to deliver on that day. I was then told the package had 'two address labels on it'. I was then told 'they used a taxi driver who didn't know to take it to the shop' when in actual fact the parcel was still in the warehouse as someone I know works there and had seen it. I think received shocking customer service on the phone & was actually sworn to by their representative. They are giving your company a bad reputation as I have seen in other reviews unfortunately, after I had ordered through yourselves.”
