“Fast dispatch but as dpd delivered the parcel to the completely wrong address and the now say they won’t deal with it and I have to go back to you I wont be trusting them again . Shame as the bag was an 18th birthday gift which was needed for yesterday hence why I paid the extra delivery, so cannot rate then product or Masdings fairly as Dpd have let them down . Have requested a refund .”

“Disappointing results with ugg cleaning kit as water stains remain and colour has faded on my new slippers. I thought after paying top price for ugg clearer that results would obviously be top results . I can’t fault Masdings for delivery as it was first class.”
