“Communication and delivery as expected and the shirt is great. Slightly fluffier material than normal but great for winter and really smart pattern and colour which would look great during the day or for a more formal outing at night. Only slight gripe was that the shirt didn’t appear to be in its original packaging and could have possibly been a returned item or ex display but it appears as new.”

“I purchased a Lacoste zipped sweatshirt. In the picture on the website there was the usual crocodile motif on the chest, however, when I received the item it did not have the motif, just a plain navy sweatshirt. Very poor.”

“I was pleased to find that Masdings sold a Holland Cooper coat that had been sold out with that company , so this was a first time purchase from Masdings . Unfortunately I got sent the wrong coat due to a misunderstanding of which style but I phoned the telephone number given on the on line site and now waiting to receive the Holland cooper coat I ordered plus had to return the wrong coat ordered !”
