“Delivery was very efficient, sadly the item did not fit, so return was simple, although the £4 charge for return is disappointing. Refund was credited swiftly. All told an efficient if ultimately disappointing experience.”

“I had been looking for a pair of specific trainers for months for my partner for a gift and finally found them quite accidentally on Masdings site! To add to my excitement they were actually £15 cheaper on the site too! Then when I rang the site as I had put the wrong delivery address on I was surprised to speak to a lovely man (instead of a robot) who changed the address with no fuss and I received the trainers the next day! Very impressed and will definitely use the site again and tell my friends about it.”
