“I was very happy with the service I received from Mason Scott, all my requirements where met in good time and to my full satisfaction. The staff who dealt with my issues where very polite, helpful, efficient and pleasant. I was kept up to date with all the progress to final solution and even received call backs to make sure all was well and was what I required. I would make no hesitation to recommend the company to anybody who require help in arranging similar issues.”

“On the plus side there was good updating of the progression of the Life Cover application On the negative side the initial information provided over the phone was not entered correctly hence me having to send an amendment form with a number of amendments e.g. Did your mother/Did your father die of Cancer, Heart Attack etc the answer in my case was yes but it was entered as No. Now having to wait. It maybe that AIG may now renew the cover leading to a higher premium. you should be able to listen to the tape of the conversation to clarify what was, and, what was not stated?”

“They were friendly, and looked at what would work best for me. They then followed up with a couple of telephone calls to make sure that I was happy with the product and to check I had any questions.”
