“I booked two meeting rooms on two separate days at Cheapside and found the experience pretty unsatisfactory.
On both occasions the rooms were not available for occupancy at the specified times and the meetings had to consequently start significantly behind schedule. In neither case was the room available in advance in order for the meeting organiser to make pre-meeting preparations, as advertised.
The rooms offered for the meeting (of 6 people) were found to be of inadequte size for a comfortable meeting.
In the case of the second meeting, the best part of the first hour (of a half-day meeting) was wasted because onsite staff were unable to give access to a working presentation screen.
Eventually, they organised for our party to move to another meeting room and hold the meeting there. This was helpful given the screen in the first room was not operational - but again cause more upheaval and ate into the available time for the meeting.
