I set up an account with them late April for an important crypto transaction only to be barged with numerous verification processes which I didn’t mind considering it was my first time, made a deposit, bought crypto, the amount of which I’ll rather keep to myself but quite a large number, only to end up not receiving my assets.

They kept on citing identity verification as the problem in the emails they sent me even after I had constantly sent them numerous evidences showing I was the one running the account and even from my bank showing the deposit which I used to purchase crypto. It wasn’t until a full month later it dawned on me what was in play.
I spoke to a friend in cybersecurity whom in confidence connected me with (Enverracapital .io), a white/grey hat firm who through their knowledge in and access to proprietary technology helped me recover my money, which I fully received last month, shockingly and amazingly.
These guys can be brought to book with the right channel but they’ve paid their way to the top and it will take certain people who are in the know to deal with them. Please don’t give up and make sure you get your justice”

They can't solve my problem for more than 135+ days.
