“Without fail, over many years, MicroPlus have always provided an excellent first class service. All the staff are courteous, friendly and ready to explain modern technology in simple terms when needed. I know I shouldn't single out anyone in particular, but Wayne at the Bailey Street shop has been exceptionally helpful (and patient!) to this Senior Citizen!”

“Absolutely excellent service and advice from Wayne at the Bailey Street, Oswestry shop. Very knowledgeable, and always the right advice. Proper equipment sold (for example, complete with manufacturer's disks - so that you are never held to ransom when things need fixing- as happens with less scrupulous companies). Courteous and quick service when required. Wouldn't go anywhere else. I have no association with this firm, other than as a very satisfied customer for about 16 years. John W”

“Always helpful and friendly, with useful advice. I have bought my last 4 computers from them, they do not try to sell you a higher spec than you need. They will also do their best to match on-line prices.”

“Courteous, careful and prompt. I am a difficult customer and these guys gave me no problems - in fact I have another lap top that I will be asking them to remove Windows 8 from. I could happily recommend their services to anyone. Peter Williams.”

“I found all staff very helpful when I bought my ipad. I am not very computer literate so Dan set up it up and explained about it very patiently. I will continue to use them for all my computer needs”

“The staff at the Bailey Street shop went over and above the normal standard of customer service when I took my laptop in for service. Both Wayne and Andy were most helpful and kept me informed of what they were doing and how long it would take. I would recommend them to anyone wanting a first class service, and I will certainly call in to see them again to purchase a new laptop in the not too distant future. Frederick Clare 24 Nov. 2014”
