“I find your website not as user friendly as others and whilst I may not be as IT savvy as some, others users have told me the same.
Even when an instruction is given sometimes, like accept house sit, the system wont accept. Fortunatly by that stage you have owners contact details so we can accept via mobile to each other.
Under "view" your profile, it only shows me how I have entered my profile and not how its seen by home owners. I can not view whether my reviews are visual to owners. There seems a lot of glinches in this system.
I have only had 2 house sits through this website and I can only presume its that other websites are a lot more user friendly hence more clients / jobs available.
At this stage I wouldnt renew my membership but I hope this can change.”

i experienced aggression with this person and ceased communication immediately..
when i reported my distressing experience with mindahome, the woman who responded could not care less if i had been intimidated by the homeowner and in fact,,she treated me with distain and if i was being a nuisance,,
i was upset and felt that mindahome had let me down ,not only because i had been a very good housesitter with numerous 5 star reviews on my profile page ,but that the fact that a male had been aggressive towards me just did not seem to matter.”
