Ordered item for next day delivery I got sent the wrong size, miss pap refusing to refund me the next day delivery fee saying nothing was wrong with the delivery!! I explained I paid next day because I needed the shoes the next day and after receiving the incorrect size this has inconvenienced me and the shoes is no longer needed!

I have returned my full order, which legally means that I am entitled to a FULL refund including shipping costs. however, this company does not obey the law and only reimburses the product. this means that the customer has to pay for both the return costs and the shipping costs. this has cost me more than € 30 euros. I DO NOT BUY ANY MORE HERE !!!!!

Brought an item on the 17th April they sent item with half the address missing so it could not be delivered refuse to give me a refund due to their mistake and want to blame a pandemic for their mistake and now are ignoring all my emails I would never buy from them again shocking customer service never again

Still not had refund (today 21/9). Recorded delivery sent 27/8 and signed by them 28/8. Absolute joke don't reply to emails had to make a claim through PayPal. Miss pap have no sence of urgency. Give timescales and never meet them. Will never purchase anything through them again. Changing company hands or not, no excuse for a refund nearly taking a month. Lies after lies
