Almost immediately after purchasing I realized it was wrong item . Tried immediately to cancel order but there is no way to do this . No email and not answering English phone number which is a problem in itself from Ireland. It looks like I have to wait for delivery and then pay to return it . Awful service

Double charging for postage.!! You are asked for an extra few euro for a "guaranteed" delivery date on your item.. Then charged extra for premium postage at the checkout? Stupid

Peugeot 206. Sent wrong clutch out.Car reg was checked with part number. Clutch different in box to what was ordered.Should have listened to reviews.Just go and shop local.

Ordered several parts on November 5th. Still, nothing received after 20 days. The First attempt was returned to Mister-Auto by DPD parcel service for unknown reasons. After contacting Mister Auto several times and being spoken to by the unfriendly and unfriendly customer service representative, there is still no solution. Very Disappointing. Certainly, because I have regularly ordered parts from Mister car for several years. But gradually over the years, I think that the service, friendliness, and delivery on time and correctness has become increasingly bad. This will, I fear, be the last time I will order from Mister-Auto. Unfortunately.

Do not trust . After sending the wrong parts , they adviced to return but they don't want to issue refund. Every week they lie that refund is coming next week. It's been 75 days of lies. Disasters

If you Google MR auto, it appears to have a impeccable pedigree, looking further you will notice it has links in India, not a good start, This happened to me 3 years ago, even now I’m still annoyed, looking at MR. auto’s site, it appeared professional enough, ( I now know its French) I order a new alternator for my camper, the wrong one came, a week of sending Emails, no reply, also trying to phone, also no reply, eventually I did get a answer on the phone, a man with a very strong Indian accent, and using old English words, said send it back we will replace it, after 2 weeks of no answer’s, a Email came, your part has been returned to Germany, weeks later came another Email, your part was damage, no refund, This is another lesson and warning, as I paid by PAYPAL I assumed they would take up the case, not so, weeks of E-mail’s and a so-called arbitration getting no where, I gave up, The good news is, when I realized it was a scam, I placed a order with a UK site, the right part coming with in 2 days, boz1

Avoid avoid avoid over priced sent wrong part then argued with me telling me that it was the correct part even tho it isn't and I even sent photos of the part j ordered and the part I received they are completely different but they still say I am wrong can't speak to a manager or complain on the phone complete bunch of con men with no respect for there customers

Do NOT recommend!!! I've ordered wiper blades for my car. Even I gave them my english reg they send me eurpean one. I send them back. Woman at customer service set that refund will take 20 working days. I send it 11/03, today is 15/04 - no sign of any money. They also not answering the phone! I've call them few times, each time 15min waiting - nobody answer Very bad service I will never order anything again!!!

I have been ordering parts for my car. Honda Accord 2011, 2.2i dtec. Cabin filter it is completely wrong. Even on the box from cabin filter it is written 98> Accord CG/CH and my Accord is 2011 CU3. Trying to find any contact email. It's completely wrong part. That cabin filter it's not for Accord 2011. How is this possible that other few filters which came are OK but cabin filter it is wrong. Will be changing brake Discs tomorrow. I hope those discs are OK. Please somebody to contact me and resolve the mistake with cabin filter. It is bit annoying when you wait for parts 1 week and after that they are wrong. I hope mister-auto understand that. Another problem was with disc brakes which I fitted. They were screws missing which hold the disc in place. I have called mister auto and explained situation. They are very smart how to make money. If somebody is interested I can explain simply. Now they are telling me to print the label and send back the wrong part to them and after that they will refund me with the cost of my cabin filter. When I will get refund then I will be able to use this money again to buy right cabin filter. Now the smartest part. But my filter will cost only around 10€ so I will have to pay for delivering this part to me nearly 8 € haha. And this is why this company is scamming company. They know very well that nobody will bother with fighting for 8€ and they put wrong parts for a reason.... Mister Auto shame on you. I was hoping that this company it will be fair with their customers and they will resolve the problem the fastest way. But I was wrong. Another online smart scammers....

Ordered a pair of wiper blades but they came for LHD cars so asked for refund. Called customer service and I have been told by Michelle no problem but when I said that I live in UK and they should send me RHD wiper blades I have been told that in UK there are two types of cars on the roads and I should pay attention what I'm buying. On the web site there is no information about suitability of blades or option to choose the right one. I find that insulting and rude. It looks more like a scam than a real company which is trying to help and improve relations with customers.No apology from Customer Service for an inconvenience and I lost £9 of delivery cost as well. Refund given two and half months after order placed. Item was sent back first to Germany then to France. Too much hassle, not worth it, don't recommend!

I ordered wiper blades for a VW Sharan. I input the car registration and I had a list of products to choose from. When receiving the blades, they could not be fitted on a UK car as it was the model for continental cars. The package also mentioned it was only for left hand drive car. I returned the blades and I was refunded after 3 messages to the customer service 5 weeks later. However, I was still charged the shipping costs. Customer service refused to refund the shipping costs.

there delivery service is bad. it told me conflicting delivery days and then after phoning customer service, it was none of these days. I got a full refund and got on with my day! wouldn't order again
