“Returned the shoes back to Meadowhall Store - 3 Weeks ago. Still no refund. Returned to store told nothing they can do, emailed and return email stated 3 working days for a response, it’s been 4! Telephoned and it’s just a prerecorded message.”

“The shoes are very comfortable, fit to size and always good value for money. I like the brand because the shoes style is fun but you can find also classic fits, plenty ifchoice, the colours are vibrant and the quality is very good. I get many compliments.”

“The shoes are great quality but unfortunately my shoes didn't fit and I needed to return them. I drove all the way from Portsmouth to return them in the Guildford store only to find it is purely a drop off point and was not able to get an immediate refund. My shoes were sent back from the store. I was promised a refund within 10 working days. This did not arrive. I then followed it up by phone and was told my refund would be issued on a certain date. It did not arrive. I called again and was told there was a technical issue and that I would have to wait an additional unspecified amount of time until it was sorted. Please also be aware refund are not free postage and it is at yiu own cost. It's such a shame as the shoes are stylish and great quality. I would not buy again because refunds are so slow.”

“I have shopped in moda in pelle for many years now the quality and styles are second to none and I always receive amazing reviews from then . I bought my hot pink and gold sandals for my daughters wedding but they will be coming out for years to come x”

“Loved the trainers ...however one was noticeably different to the other. The stitching for the lace part on one of the trainers was about a 1 cm higher than the other so I returned to the leeds store. I was told it would take up to 10 working days for the refund ,when this hadn't been done I contacted customer service who said it would be done the following Monday. To be honest the refund timescale is ridiculous and if I didn't like the shoes so much I don't think I would order from moda again.”

“I found the website easy to use and was pleased that Mode in Pelle did half sizes. Unfortunately the trainers I ordered were too big and I had to return them. It took Moda in Pelle weeks to refund my money which I wasn't too happy about.”
