“I walked in with my mind set on a pair of brown flats, but your team had other plans ! They suggested some fabulous brown heeled boots that totally stole my heart. I also gave some blue flats a whirl, and couldn't resist buying them later. They are both so comfy. Huge thanks for the style upgrade.”
