“Beautiful boots bought in sale. ordered 6 pairs and kept 3!! Beautifully made, however the long boots i found would not even do up around my calf, and i consider myself quite slim!! Shame though coz i had to return them to store, but the fact i returned them was not updated 3 weeks after i returned them, I had to call customer services. The only let down really. Am very pleased with the boots i kept though, soft leather, well made and a bargain!!”

“Another successful purchase - this time knee high boots. Super comfy and fit really nicely - thank goodness someone still does boots for people with normal size calfs - half the boots I try simply won't fit round my calf muscles and I'm not particularly muscly!”

“Have owned a similar style before from here so I knew what the trainers would be like. However I agree with another review I read, they do seem slightly wider than before, so had to tighten the laces quite a bit . I have kept them though, bought in the sale so they are still a great price for a nice trainer and seem comfy too. Can wear with trousers/dresses for smarter work look or with jeans etc for casual.”

“I really like the wide variety of choice and quality of MiP footwear. I particularly like the boots. However, your customer service and returns process really let the company down. MiP don't meet the customer guidelines set by the company, which is disappointing. Improvements need to be made.”

“All I can say is why did I wait so long to find this brand…love them, outstanding quality..I have loved in Uggs previously but honestly since finding this brand I find these so much more comfortable! They make me feel fabulous..purchased first pair in 2024 now this is the only brand I will purchase..I now have several pairs!!”
