“I purchased a pair of boots on line which arrived damaged. After providing photos to customer services, it was agreed that the boots could be replaced. I rang my local shop, who not only put aside a pair for me, but also warned against coming to the shop at that time, as the pavements hadn’t been gritted after a recent snowfall and were treacherous. That’s really taking care of your customers on all counts!”

“I love Moda en Pelle shoes and boots. I bought 2 pairs in the sale and they are so comfortable and such soft leather. I always buy online as there is no store close to me, which makes it pricey if I have to return them. Fortunately I rarely do. One pair was faulty and I called, they gave me a free returns label.”

“After seeing these lovely Kaela ankle boots on the models on QVC and finding out they are now unavailable I found them here and on sale too! I ordered the black leather size 4 which were true to size and very comfy despite the long pointy toe. Wore them on Christmas day with a net skirt and they looked great!”

“Ordered several pairs of shoes in order to try them on at home. All arrived promptly and beautifully packaged. Opted for a pair of black wedge trainers, which I’ve hardly taken off since I bought them - seriously considering buying another pair. They are smart enough for work and also look good with sports leggings and jeans- win, win!”
