“Very pleased with my white pumps. Soft uppers which did not take much time and pain to wear in. My only reservation is that I appear to be between sizes and thus always have to order the bigger size which feels a little looser than I’d prefer.”

“Ordered some boots which looked fab online, but on arrival, to me they didn’t look - as I was expecting. Which is fine that happens. Returned item, and I don’t feel the returns policy is clear. Item was delivered back to them on the 13th January. As stated by the courier I used. The refund process can take up to 10 working days. That did pass, so I made contact to see how they were getting on - as I had received no communication from MIP themselves, only the courier I used. They stated that the boots hadn’t been received until 10 days later, on the 23rd and the process will take 10 workings days from the 23rd. Better communication would be great. Wondering if this is a scam. Haven’t bought from Moda in Pelle in a long time. So they maybe only look after their regulars. But based on this experience. I would only shop in store not online with them.”
