“I ordered online but unfortunately didn’t fit. So I went to my nearest store to exchange them. The lady there was so very helpful and I went for a different style of trainer. They are so comfortable like slippers. I would just like to thank the lady for her help. Will definitely be back for my next purchase. Thank you Moda In Pelle!”

“Ordering with Moda in Pelle was easy, and the shoes were delivered on time. The shoes were high quality, comfy, and beautiful. However, the size was slightly big on me so I had to return. I knew returns would be paid for by the buyer, so this was fine, and refund processed on time. I wouldn't hesitate to order from Moda In Pelle in the future.”

“I loved the snakeskin loafers I bought and they fitted perfectly. However, I had to return them as the (synthetic) snakeskin had gold patches in the design which I didn't like and wasn't expecting. I returned them to your shop and I was refunded straightaway. Great service.”
