“Returned item 3 weeks ago, tracking shows it was received back a couple of days later. No notification of return or refund despite chasing twice . Shoes are amazing but customer service appears to be poor.”

“Have been a Moda In Pelle fan now for over 20 years. I'd always ask for boots at Christmas and shoes or sandals for my birthday. I get so many compliments on my boots, people often ask which brand they are, so of course I tell them, it's strange that so many people haven't heard of Moda In Pelle and those that have, think they can't afford them. My most recent purchases are the Black Oberon boots, I love them so much, I bought another pair in the sale. I like quality footwear and Moda In Pelle are the best.”
