“Speedy delivery goods packaged very well although packaging was extremely tightly wrapped around the goods making very difficult to remove and return one of the pairs I ordered. The boots I had ordered were lovely just as described but one pair was too tight so returned - also I had to pay extra to return which I hadn't expected to”

“Particularly in my local store in Norwich, all the staff are really friendly to talk to, will have a general chat with you, and go out of their way to make a relaxing 'non pressured to buy' environment, which actually encourages you to stay and shop! I did have a return once which was such an easy process, and so I lingered to find a replacement pair. I am a very happy customer.”

“I first order a size 5 boot took too long to turn up as I ordered next day delivery, a week later I got them . Size 5 to big so reordered a size 4 they turned up on time , sent the size 5 back for a refund and surprisingly they sent me yet another size 5 ???? I have had to return them yet again and still not had my refund, not a happy customer”
