“When they came the shoes were beautiful, well made and I loved them, unfortunately they were small made so I needed a bigger size, returned the order asking for a bigger size which were available at that time but 2 weeks later a refund was made, no explanation so assumed they were then out of stock.”

“Moda in Pelle make great boots & shoes. I now have 4 pairs of boots bought from their website. They are all stylish, have all received lots of compliments & are terrific value for money. I’m so grateful to my friend who recommended Moda in Pelle to me. Now I don’t need to look anywhere else.”

“I bought some trainers in the sale. Ordering online was quick and easy. I received an email confirming my order and another one to say it had been dispatched, including when it was due to be delivered and who was delivering it. It arrived on time 😬”

“The customer service has been appalling. I have had to chase up my refund, moda in pelle have hung on to my money as long as possible. It was only when I spoke to a member of the team was my refund processed. He apologised and offered £10 to be added to my refund as a goodwill gesture, this was not added. I most definitely will not be shopping online with you again.”

“Always great style, whether it's trainers,wedges or heels and I think I have the range. In particular the trainers with a small heel are great to dress up or down and comfortable to wear all day. Speed and cost of return is excellent.”
