“Lovely quality fashionable products. I have many pairs of Moda in Pelle boots and trainers. I only ever buy Moda in Pelle as I know they will fit, be of very good quality and always be on trend. Unfortunately I have deducted 1 star as customer service is poor.”

“I brought shoes and boots for a reasonable price. I have always found the quality excellent. There is no need to " break them in". I highly recommend moda in pelle I just wish they had a shop near me. Very good online service”

“I love Moda n Pelle shoes and I was in the Leeds store last week served by Katie who was so friendly and helpful as are all the staff. I was so surprised to have been offered a pair of boots free after spending a certain amount which was amazing!”

“Dreadful experience. For the first time, the courier network apparently delivered to the wrong address. I notified Moda and also Evri. Since then Moda seems to outsource claims to a company who don't dela with things promptly. The first request for non receipt was in a format I couln't access and so the saga goes on. I am not tech savvy and a pensioner. I don't need the hastle where Moda won't deal with these issues themselves. It's now a month since this was ordered. It's put me off shopping with them”

“I couldn’t be happier with my leather boots from Moda in Pelle. From the moment I opened the box, the quality was obvious, the leather feels beautifully soft yet durable, with a premium finish that instantly elevates any outfit. They look far more expensive than they are. What really impressed me is how comfortable they are. Straight out of the box, there was no “breaking in” period at all. I can wear them all day without any discomfort, which is rare for leather boots. The fit is true to size and supportive, making them perfect for long walks, busy days, and everything in between. Style-wise, they are incredibly versatile. I’ve worn them casually with jeans and dressed them up with smarter outfits, and they work effortlessly every time.
