I had a problem with my order the delivery company lost my parcel but it was sorted immediately and replaced with next day delivery, it was resolved by just one email to customer service I was very impressed

Overall the service is from MIP is good. Customer service can do with a little tweeking
ie my recent communication with them was longer than it should be, as the issue with the return of a faulty boots was longer than necessary, apart from that I am pleased with MIP and the overall service they provide.
