“My boots i have are lovely , ordered more for a gift . First arrived 2 right feet ..odd boots . So posted back with evri. And because i didnt see the return code they sent me i paid my own .. now parcel lost ! All i get from moda after contact is ticket no's in que .. i have 5 now ! No refund .. been a month . Even if its evri .. fact is not fit for purpose !!”

“Free Delivery!!!! That's a great start so what's not to like? I found Mida in Pelle by accident a few years ago and bought a couple of pairs of sandals but boots are my favourite and Moda doesn't disappoint. The leather is so soft I don't have problems wearing them in and can wear them straight off. Great for someone over 60🤫”

“I discovered Moda in Pelle sevetal years ago whilst visiting York . It was rhe look quality and comfortability of them that made me buy my 1st pair of trainer shoes. The staff were freindly and there to assist but not pushy .I'm on my feet all day and need comfy shoes. Their website easy to use and the customer service is excellent ..dealing with any queries or issues promptly. I always check Moda in Pelles website or vist a shop when I need new shoes before any other retailer. . longer shop at any other shoe retails. These shoes and boots (which I have many pairs) never let you down. I find the website easy to use and customer service excellent.”

“Checked in store and item was available for on line order. Placed on line order and paid. Few days later told item not now in stock even though I was able to order and then to add insult told would take 5 days for refund!”

“Wore my boots for the first time today and absolutely love them - soft leather, very stylish, super comfy and fit round my calves which is very rare for knee length boots! Website easy to navigate and user friendly, ordering and delivery process straightforward - would definitely recommend! Delighted, thank you.☺️”

“As it's my favourite shoe shop, with that I am saying it all, but I have to add that each pair of shoes, boots and trainers,purses and bags have great quality and beauty, different from the rest of the high street, absolutely worth the price and also, so comfortable and stunning, always happy with Modal in Pelle, I will continue to shop here, as long as I can. “I have difficulty finding shoes that are dressy and also comfortable . So I fpund Moda In Pelle and decide the purchase a pair of boots . The boots are lovely , dressy but not too high . Cushioned in all the right places . Along with a flexible rubber sole . They are great I can not wait to wear them for an upcoming event . I am happy as I know my feet will be in comfort and not in agony like my previous going out boots .”

“The boots I received were damaged. They should never have been posted out. Quality control seems non existent. I emailed customer service, as instructed in their returns policy, with photos showing the damaged boots. Customer service didn't respond to any of my emails. After a week of waitinf, I telephoned them. I wouldn't recommend buying online from them because you can't retuen online purchases to anynofntjeor stores. Terrible customer service”
