“I have had several pairs of boots, shoes and trainers from Moda in Pelle. All items are of superb quality and feel so elegant when worn. I highly recommend their shoes and boots and have not yet had any that are uncomfortable or any need to complain or return - great company and fantastic service.”

“Shoes are great quality but the sizes are odd. 5.5 used to fit now 5 is far too small and 6 far too big. This puts me off ordering more. Hence 3 star rating. Returns take up to 3 weeks to process even when returning to a shop”

“Moda in Pelle are the most comfortable boots I’ve ever bought. No cutting your feet or no need to break them in days in advance of wearing. I’ve put my boots on and straight out the door, I can walk in them for hours with no issues. I have fibromyalgia so have a lot of issues with pain, no pain with any of the 6 of Moda in Pelle boots I’ve bought. Comfortable and the leather is so soft. Highly recommend Moda in Pelle .”

“Customer service is patchy. Takes ages for them to respond. Description of items, particularly colour is very poor. Standard of items ranges from fantastic to shocking. One pair of boots came in a plain box and looked as if it had been worn and damaged possibly by warehouse staff. Very off-putting.”

“I was introduced to Moda in Pelle a year and a half ago by my work colleague. I bought 2 pairs of short boots as I could not make up my mind which pair to get as they were so stylish. I now own 6 pairs of short boots. I love the styles and their comfort is impeccable. If I won the 200 I would not have any trouble buying more of your beautiful footwear.”
