“Ordering is efficient but returning items is much less so. At a cost to the customer and a further 10 working days from receipt. The store in Manchester has now closed and given the above, I will no longer be ordering from you.”

“The Baker Boy boots perfectly fitted my brief: black lace up ankle boots that are fitted rather than clumpy. Also the low block heel gives an elegant look to wearing with skirts/dresses and trousers. I've worn them mainly for work for six weeks now and the laces have not come undone once.
