“Have purchased a lot of boots and shoes from Mode In Pelle on line. Very easy to do and delivered in perfect condition. The quality of all of the items I have had in the past are very good. Very true to size.”

“I love Moda in Pelle, I recently purchased a pair of really chic pair of black trainers that are trendy but functional. I also purcahsed a leopard print trilby style hat that I will wear for the Cheltenham Gold Cup in a few weeks. The price of both items was amaazing!”

“Great design and colour unfortunately very tight the fitting very small I'm normally a 7 with ureselves but very tight and stiff will be bringing them back to branch in town on Saturday which is a pity as i love the colour and design”

“I returned the boots as they were to small. They were lovely boots but still not received the money back. Was holding on the phone but it cuts you off after 10 mins! When I finally got through they said they would sort it but still no refund so had to call again! Terrible customer service”

“Love the two pairs I purchased they feel good and look good I've been asked where I purchased them by my friends . Another pair I purchased and wanted to return I found a bit of difficulty organising that and sent a few emails eventually was able to return the parcel .ot takes far too long to receive refund”
