“Love Moda in Pelle's shoes, boots and trainers and the only reason I didn't give 5 stars is that it was a nightmare trying to get hold of customer services! The answerphone was on at 4.30 two days even though the message said closed at 5pm nd when I called in the mornings, I held on for ages to speak to someone but then was just disconnected! I never did get to speak to anyone despite trying at least half a dozen times! Appaling customer service which needs to be addressed!”

“Staff in Ilkley store are fantastic especially Trish. She knows how the boots/shoes will fit your feet and makes sure I won’t look like an old lady. Always great quality, comfortable and long lasting if you polish/protect the item.”

“Moda is my first choice when I’m looking for new footwear, and these Chelsea boots are all the things I’ve come to expect. Smart, super comfortable, a light sole and well designed. I love the zip fastening as my right foot is damaged and struggles to get in traditional Chelsea boots, so it’s a helpful feature and less wriggling is more dignified when popping them on! The leather is great quality with a lightly quilted lining for extra comfort and warmth and the platform sole adds a bit of height without the uncomfortable extra of a heel. I already have my next shoes in mind from your range, as does my daughter who is the same shoe size! Shipping is always fast or we can take a short drive to the nearest stockist to collect our order and drool over your goodies too.”

“Unfortunately I needed to chase the delivery of the parcel as this had been "misplaced" at the Evri delivery centre. I then returned the boots via the Meadowhall Centre store on 10th December and I have still not received any updates or a refund by 19th December - I am concerned as to whether my refund is being processed!”
