“Bought a pair of shoes (Shoon) in the shop and loved them so much bought a second pair in a different colour online. Excellent service in both store and online. And the boots are the comfiest I’ve ever owned.”

“This was my first purchase from you. The size 6 ankle boots I ordered for my wife were lovely but too small and returned. Your returns process is poor. I returned the boots as insructed and tracked delivery via Royal Mail. No acknowledgement of receipt of the item has been sent to me by Moda In Pelle even if processing the refund takes time. I don't believe your administration processes to be fit for purpose in this online retail age. Although your product was great and the delivery process good, the returns process is poor. It takes too long and makes me hesitant to purchase from you again.”
