“I am very disappointed with a return, I have returned 2 pairs of shoes a week ago, the company from which I received the items was the company which I have used to send them back. On the site company shows that products have been returned. Modainpelle doesn't answer to my emails, they told me first that they haven't received anything and I have sent them all info from Evry, pictures with the package and they still not answering me and still not returned my money back.
Zero professionalism, zero customer service.....I will never recommend to buy from them”
