I showed my new ring to my boss, and she got very excited, telling me it was the duplicate of HER long lost diamond engagement ring. She promptly ordered the same ring, with a 7.5 mm stone, and now she is ecstatic as well! She was very anxious while waiting for her ring to arrive, and I kept reassuring her that moissaniteco's customer service was great and that it would be worth the wait. I wont be able to see her ring until she gets back from vacation, but we have plans to go out on our shared wedding anniversary (we got married to our respective husbands the same day, same year, and honeymooned in the same city, oddly enough, five years before we met.) Now we will tell people we had identical engagement rings, too.”

I could very easily pass it off as a very good quality diamond (even a diamond dealer said he had to look at a very specific angle to see the double refraction and the cut was different, but otherwise it looked like a G/H VS2 diamond to him) but I tell everyone that it is a moissanite and where they can purchase one of their very own. “The ring was nice, but the service is poor. After twelve days making the ring apparently no-one realized it was the wrong design! I Had to propose with the wrong ring and explain to my fiancé that they screwed up, were making the new one, and I would have to send that one back. Obviously she was very disappointed. It took over 5 weeks to get here when it should have been less than half that! You would think a company like this would go above and beyond to fix this mistake, but all I got from them was a very inscensir apology. I am very unsatisfied with how little effort they put in to make this right.”
