Terrible experience with this car dealers . Since 29th November sold damaged car and 🚫 block my line and keeps pushing me back and forth on refund.

Freelander 2 delivered Monday, had major defects, rear diff on the way out, front wheel bearing needs replacing and radio will not work (invalid Vin) am in the process of seeking refund

I’m currently having a terrible experience with one of your traders. Fieldhouse MOTORS a big scam. He sells bad cars to people and then lie that he has travelled abroad. He sold a car with bad gear to my husband and agreed to repair or refund. Now he has stopped picking our calls. This has affected our mental health badly. We can’t concentrate at work. We are so traumatized.

I contacted the dealer to resolve the matter amicably and he said that because i had sought outside advise without his consent the was not going to help with the issue or refund my money.

Js car sales of the brick house ducie lane in Preston are not trustworthy I put a deposit on a Ford Transit connect to pickup at the end of the week day before due to collect it phone call to tell me the car was no longer available as the engine has seized said would come to collect my deposit told it's okay they will transfer it to me nothing happens many phone calls and messages still no refund garage now turned phones off went there all locked up but all vehicles still there.

Hi to all This review is about the Stirchley Trade Centre. Don't buy any car from them! I have bought a car that leaked oil from the engine after 1 month and a half of buying it. Haven't received the car fixed nor a refund, just how I asked in a formal complaint. There's no customer care! No response to emails or phone calls. I'm about to take legal action against them. They shouldn't be on business! Don't go there!
