“I had to try these shoes before committing and it said to use the pre paid returns label but when I opened the box the ore paid returns label had already been removed. So I had to pay I'd appreciate that return postage refunded ideally. Thank you”

“Returned my shoes in the timescale they state and informed the money would be refunded and should be in my account. A couple of weeks later and still no money refunded .”
