“Great price, speedy dispatch. Unfortunately DPD misplaced the parcel, but as soon as I contacted Mozimo they took ownership and chased DPD until this was resolved. Big shout to Victoria who made this happen!”

“I contacted Mozimo after DPD had mislaid my parcel in transit.They were amazing. Despite ot being the New Year bank holiday, they rang me twice to reassure me that they would sort it...and they did! Not only that but I saved £16 poundsin their sale on my favourite Reiker trainers ! Well done, Mozimo. I will be buying from you again. . .”

“Great price and quick delivery. The shoes were despatched quickly but, due to postal strikes, the tracking showed that the parcel was delayed. When I contacted Mozimo the staff quickly checked it for me and got back to me quickly to confirm that the parcel was on its way. They even checked a few days later to make sure that it had arrived safely.”

“I had a question about the availability of a pair of shoes and I phoned the number - I spoke to Nick, the owner of Mozimo, who went above and beyond to resolve my query. He was also very friendly and knowledgeable and sorted everything out for me and I ordered the shoes. “My ECCO shoes finally arrived after 10 working days - not Mozimo fault though if I were them might be tempted to move business away until Royal Mail resolve their disputes! Shoes just what I wanted and at a good price. 5 star given to balance my earlier 1 star for missing order!”
