“They started to germanate and I think I used the wrong potting medium, I don't think they are going to sprout 🌱... My fault and I am out $50 something dollars , plus outdoor season is about over, Seeds were great, the farmer was kicked in the head by a mule(me) And became kookoo. No photos.”

“I have always been happy with delivery and grow. My only problem has been some of my seeds did not germinate. When I inquired about this with MSNL they wanted me to send pictures of the seeds, now how in the world was I supposed to dig through the dirt to find those liittle bitty seed to send a picture. I am a long time customer and had never complained before, I believe given this info I should have been trusted”

We normally advise germinating your seeds using paper towels before planting them into soil just in case there is failure with germination. Was your germination issue resolved? “Ordered a few seeds one each of the free ones wasn’t the best looking so those are the ones I started first didn’t have high hopes one was coming open already all 8 sprouted in two days great genetics ik the rest will definitely germinate awesome company”

“I have been growing since the late 1970's. MSNL has quality seeds and if you look they have strains that other companies don't have. But what makes this company stand out is there customer service. If by some chance you have issues with an order and the issue is legit they look into it immediately. I dealt with Rob in customer service. I had an issue with my order. Within 24 hours after I wrote Rob had responded back to me and the issue was handled. Good seed bank, Great customer service. Thanks again.”
