“90% of the items this website has for sale they do not have they'll make you wait an entire day for your item wait till you go to bed and then send it to you at 3 AM at night send you emails and then when you don't respond they just sell your item to someone else then they try to blame it on you on you and tell you that it's all your fault that you don't have the item especially when you've already been waiting 15 hours the day before for it Customer service is absolutely rude non caring And ruthless.... I have ordered over and over again the last expert that I spoke to when the conversation was over that person was so rude to me that they didn't even ask me to take a review after we were done... I have never been treated so horrible by a company that's supposed to be trusted and worthy these people are liars And absolutely do not care about the consumer whatsoever”
“This site is terrible. After purchasing they with a certified capital one card they still wanted a copy of my ID, a copy of the card, and a picture of me holding both. The ID is understandable but the rest was not needed. They would not work with me and immediately refunded or so they say. This refund will take 4-7 business days. Mind you this is all after trying to upload the 1 document through email they asked for. Terrible business and I wouldn’t waste my time with them again.”
