We are sorry you had an issue with your purchase. Most items come with an optional chain as some people do not require a chain and you are able to select the length you require. If you would like a chain to go with your item please give us a call on 020 8953 7833 and we can arrange a gesture of goodwill discount for you. Many thanks

“Very nice product and very quick delivery - quicker than suggested. Sadly the piece I ordered had a few visible scratches on it but I guess when hand making this piece it can not be avoided. The only other thing that I found dissapointing was the number of words engraved were limited to 15. I wanted 16 so had to compromise my wording. Other than that the ideas was perfect and other products online look inspirational and modern.”
