“ Eventually cancelled the order and now waiting for my refund which has been a week already. ”

“ I ordered tires from you as always, but this time it's a failure. I've been waiting for the tires since April 30, no information from you that the waiting period is longer than 10 business days, a total failure. I still have to ask for a refund. I don't recommend this company. ”

“ I'm currently having an absolute nightmare with this company, ordered a tyre only to find it will take 2 weeks to arrive, I then cancelled it a day later, they will not refund me saying I have to refuse the delivery which apparently the tyre will have to be returned to Germany before I have a chance of my money. Any normal company would provide continuous support. Customer support at it lowest ”

Thursday email came in saying tyres would be Friday (which they were!) now sitting with two sets of tyres and now response to countless emails fro My Tyres - please avoid and save yourself stress ! ”

“ It seems that they are the typical cowboy company where they are more than happy to take your money, but when there is an obvious issue that requires them to issue a refund or re-send the delivery, they don't want to talk to you. ”

“ DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! - Ordered tyres, was eventually given a 13 day delivery time. They don't tell you that they are coming from Germany and will take forever to arrive! Checked on scheduled day of delivery and was told that they were in customs and they couldn't tell me when they would arrive. Cancelled order and am awaiting refund. ”
