An impersonal online bank with staff trained in basic banking with offline support departments and automated messaging. Stay away they do not provide detailed account movements and the ridiculous thing is that they can take money from your account at any time without you being able to prove anything. My card was charged with a double withdrawal that never happened and for two months I didn't get a clear answer one department saying yes there is a problem and the other department finding everything normal. After they reached the end of my patience (having taken the money from my account) I asked them for the detailed movement of my card and they replied that they cannot provide card movements but only movement of the account is a bad thing that they can at any time and moment to do it to anyone who is not trustworthy.

TRASH CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! My Account was hacked , I have been contacting them for 2 days and still nobody reached out to me!

You start using their service, think that how great they are, and suddenly you have a problem, and you write them, and they say "oh we understand you, we are here to help you, we will call you back" and no one calls you. And a day later you call and have the same discussion. I had this loop 4 days in a row. I am not able to use N26 about a week. Every service has issues, but N26 has major problems always. If you care about your mental health, just stay away from them. This time it's last because me, and other 2 persons from my family already opened another bank and close N26. I am the only one who stuck because they do not solve my problem to transfer my funds.

This company is a terrible bunch of scammers; don't invest any money with them. After stealing your money and showing you astronomically large profits, they won't provide you these "returns" when you ask to withdraw them. They have all of my money, however after I filed a report with S I M O N C H. C O M, I was given my money back in full. My money dropped from $61,000 to $97 in ten minutes after I attempted to transfer it myself and was, of course, denied. Take caution and don't fall for this. I got all of my stolen money returned after filing a report with S I M O N C H. C O M.

Your card’s chip will not work randomly so make sure you have another card on hand when you’re at a register. If you want to dispute a transaction or something’s wrong with a transaction (even if it’s just ONE) they have to cancel your card and send you a new one EVERY TIME. What kind of banking system is this where you have to cancel a card every time there’s something wrong? You’re not going to get far if you’re trying to compete with big banks where you can dispute / deal with a single a transaction effortlessly. They canceled and stated they were resending me a card when I had not agreed to it (if they would have stated the policy first I would have said no as the disputed transaction amount was not work waiting a WEEK during a Pandemic to be able to access MY MONEY. Oh yeah while your card is being sent to you, you will not have any access to your money until you get your new card and activate it. BTW since they like to automatically do things without confirming with the customer first they sent my card to the WRONG ADDRESS (I relocated from New York to another state because of the pandemic) When you transfer money over from one “square”/savings to your main account it lags, so don’t need to be able used immediately after. This bank isn’t supported in so many aspects, there’s multiple online retailers where my card is declined because it’s not supported. The card is pretty and it’s a mobile app. Those are your only benefits. Update: As of 6/26/2020 Before the above problem occurred I had already signed up for direct deposit to get my unemployment and didn’t want to disrupt the process and have my payment be delayed 14 to 21 days by changing the bank account. Now after getting me unemployment to this account for the past 2 MONTHS, N26 marked it as fraud and returned the transaction. THEN told me they can’t do anything about it and to call the originator (they want me to call an OVERWHELMED NEW YORK CITY DEPARTMENT OF LABOR IN THE MIDDLE OF A PANDEMIC BE CAUSE OF A MISTAKE THEY MADE). I should’ve taken the blow and closed this account when I could have. Now I have returns and other things being deposited into this account (that they ALSO HAVE NOT GIVEN ME) I order to close it. Ridiculous.

Closed account and 4 weeks on still waiting for my money that was in it. Joke of a company. Do not use.
