“Useless. Their Bpay system is completely broken and I am 19days in, after making a cash deposit to my account and I still don't have access to the funds although the money left the remitting account on the same day.
Had nil communication from NAB advising the issues they are experiencing and was only now told the money is stuck and they need to manually release it.”
