I didn’t know what I should do and got in touch with the technical support. They asked me to provide all the information about myself and personal documents.
I uploaded those documents but I was disappointed by the speed of reviewing my documents. It took more than 48 hours for a full verification, they should have done it faster. 😒”

The upgrade is real, because will get much less spreads (from 1.7 to 1.2) example on eurusd, but other major fx pairs well have tighter spread as well.
