“This was for my daughter, and she chose the solid rose gold necklace. It is a well made piece of jewellery with a bit more weight to it that I expected. My daughter is very pleased with it.”

“The necklace arrived in super quick time and it was packaged nicely. It was a bit smaller and lighter than I was expecting which means it moves quite a bit when your wearing it as it has no weight to it so your forever straightening it up but all in all a nice product, just a bit flimsy for the money.”

“They contacted me directly when I struggled to check out after trying to order online. Took my order and sent item quickly. Small hiccup with the name being spelt wrong but sent a replacement without quibble the very next day. Excellent dealing with the problem and will definitely recommend this company.”

“It is a great idea as my wife had her second baby last week. However the clasp looks like it's about to break, the engraving on gohar and Ayaan's names look a little cheap plus it came with a scratch on the big heart. Sadly I am dissapointed as it looks like I bought a cheap present for my wife when it was quite expensive”

We are sorry you were not happy with your item. All items are inspected before posting and the quality control sheet shows no marks to the item, so please can you send photos to sales@christopherjamesoflondon.co.uk where we will be able to deal with any issues. The chain is an extremely strong one so you will not have any issues with it or the clasp. You could not have anything thicker than this as it would be wrong for the pendant.
