“I was very very nervous to take this step into something of the unknown. I didnt know what to expect and my emotions were very very mixed! I got speaking to an advisor called Allan and he was fantastic! Put my mind at ease, answered the most stupidest of questions without marking me feel bad. If it hadn't been for Allan explaining everything in detail and reassuring me I probably would have backed our before even finding out my options as I have in the past.
