So the initial purchase experience was fine, but post-sales service was non-existent really, which is very disappointing because I checked their returns policy before ordering.

Received a basin and tried to return it. I’ve emailed and called 5 times now and no one has gotten back to me. They don’t seem to care about the small things like customers returns. Unfortunately for them I do much larger specifications for projects but I definitely won’t ever be using them again because of their poor customer service.

There is no point calling as no one returns calls or actions what they say they will.

There was a moment of hope when Andrew once replied to an email only to say that they didn't accept returns and don't provide refunds for items they sell you.

The customer support on returns is only by email and they never email you back.

I WOULD HAVE HAPPILY GIVEN NO STARS. TAKES FOREVER FOR SOMEONE TO ANSWER. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. UNSYMPATHETIC WITH RETURNS AND IMPOSSIBLE TO DO SO ANYWAY. NOTE THE REVIEWS ARE NOT LISTED ON ANY OF THE PRODUCTS. THIS SPEAKS FOR ITSELF.

The only good reviews here are either fake or from customers that have never needed after sales support. Don5 use these guys. Returns are impossible with no support at all. Phon3 calls, emails, chat - all ignored. Hopeless. Avoid

I had ordered an item but due to unforeseen circumstances/bereavement, I was unable to exchange it within the 30 day returns policy. I’m certain on this occasion compassion and discretion could have been taken especially during these trying times of Covid 😞

I see many good reviews here, possibly bumped to the top of the list? Then you get to the bad reviews, which reflect our experience. Inflexible returns process, had to chase just to get a response even after a support ticket had been raised. Much money wasted on wrong size product that they won’t even now exchange.
