“Unfortunately there were many issues re the actual delivery of the product I ordered, many delays lead to the date of arrival to myself much later than what was advertised- the one saving grace regarding that however was a very helpful Cust Service rep called Gemma, she stayed in touch & answered all my queries to the best of her ability. NOW, the main issue I have with your product is that it literally had ZERO affect on me! I ordered the Cannabis Chocolate bars (×10) & I was also given 3 extra Cannabis cookies due to a mix up with my initial order (it was for a box of 10 cookies but they were out of stock bar 3 single cookies) the chocolates purported to be 20mg per bar & the cookies 25mg per cookie, so I followed the instructions & only had two bars of chocolate initially. After about 1 1/2 hrs I was feeling nothing so I had two more, another hour passed & still nothing. At this point I decided to have a cookie & another chocolate bar & as I assumed 1/2hr later I was still stone cold sober! It was then when I finally had to accept the fact that all I had been sent was normal chocolate & cookies in, what I can only describe as false packaging! Anyways I ate everything at that point, just on the off chance that maybe i'd been impatient & everything might kick in at once, of course I was disappointed. In short, I feel cheated by Naturecan. I endured a long & annoying wait for a product that 100% failed to live up to how it was advertised, whether this was intentional or not is what I'm still trying to decide. It was the most expensive chocolate I've ever paid for & it didn't really even taste that good! (I begrudgingly will admit that the brownies were actually quite yummy) In closing, I am thoroughly disappointed & actually quite angered by my experience with Naturecan, I feel ripped off & will not ever be dealing with your company again!- Ajay Prasad”

Could you clarify what you mean by 'stone cold sober' and what your expectations are of the effects? “お世話になります。先日、mitzさんとのコラボ商品のベイプを購入しました。 1回目に購入して満足した為追加で購入したのですが、風味が酸化したようなアク酷い風味で残念でした。 1度目に購入した時の液体の色と全く異なっており、おそらく酸化してしまっている液体なのだと思います。商品見本の液体は薄い琥珀色でしたが、実際に届いた商品の液体はごま油のような褐色でした。大幅値下げで販売していた理由に納得がいきました。セールでの購入だった為、我慢するしかないのかなと残念な思いでした。本来の商品自体は間違いなく良いものだったと思いますし、大幅値下げだったので辛辣な評価で申し訳ないですが、液体が酸化して褐色になっていることを明記した上での販売であれば何の不満もありませんでした。すみません、辛辣な意見になってしまいました。でも、ネイチャーカンは評判がとても良いので、商品への期待が高いです。自分に合う商品を試していきたいと思っています。”

“Cbd wiet mag er tegenwoordig mooi uitzien, op het oog vergelijkbaar met moderne recreatieve wiet met thc. Ook kwa smaak is jullie product zeer teleurstellend. Geur en smaak is mogelijk de belangrijkste factor in de belevenis bij het roken van marihuana. Het effect van jullie product ben ik wel goed over te spreken. Gewenste geruststelling helaas geelkleurige nuggets en braakgeur. Geen terugkerende klant, zéker niet tegen deze tarieven.”

Skulle du kunna höra av dig till oss på support-se@naturecan.com med svar på nedan frågor, så ska vi försöka hjälpa dig med "effekt" och dosering. - Hur mycket CBD i mg har du tagit per dag? - Har du ökat din dos? - Vilka symtom försöker du just nu att lindra, är dom starka? - Har du använt CBD förut? För personer som inte känner av någon effekt så brukar det oftast vara på grund av att man inte tagit CBD nog länge eller att man inte tagit stor nog dos. Effekten kan ta 2-3 veckor att visas. Lo importante es descubrir qué dosis funciona para cada mascota, tanto en la frecuencia de uso como en la cantidad diaria a tomar. “I liked the packaging, the way of administration and my dog likes the taste in her food, however, it did not calm her. She is suffering from a bad separation anxiety after moving. I would like to continue giving it to see if it works with time, but the bottle is quite small and it finished up before a month (I gave her the daily recommended amount!). Too expensive to keep trying, unfortunately!”
