“I haven’t had the chance to try the product yet, but I experienced an issue with tracking my parcel and reached out to the team. Gemma responded promptly and informed me that the parcel had been lost in transit. She immediately offered a solution - either a refund or a replacement. Despite the inconvenience, I was genuinely impressed by the fast communication and the care taken to resolve the issue. It’s rare to come across customer service this thoughtful and responsive these days. I truly felt like she cared.”
