Hi Andy, Many thanks for your review and order with Naturecan. We are sorry to hear the parcel has not yet reached you. Taking a look at your order, I see it was made on the Saturday 23rd March when our warehouse does not operate and dispatched on the Monday 25th. Shipping to Ireland takes 3-6 working days and I see it is out for delivery today which is the 5th working day therefore within the usual expected transit time due to the bank holiday. Please note that Evri is the warehouse and fulfilment partner, for courier services in Ireland we do not use Evri. We use An Post. “El servicio al cliente es estupendo,pendientes de todo, en todo momento. Ya tengo mi primer pedido,aun no lo he probado,pues tengo que esperar a tomarlo, por prescripción facultativa,en 8 días empezare a tomarlo, y os diré que tal....muy esperanzada en que me ayude con mi enfermedad...muchas gracias...que buenísima atención.”

“Envio rápido, com tracking. Pacote bem embrulhado, mas o produto deve ter apanhado calor, pois as gomas estão muito coladas e verteu um pouco dentro do pacote. Mas continuam comestíveis;apenas devem ser acondicionadas numa embalagem mais resistente ao calor. Obrigado”
