“We received £5000 worth of dining room table and chairs which was put into our garage as our house was not ready to be moved into. From delivrey date to when we were able to open all the items was 27 days.
We found one of the dining room chair legs waas completely broken which we took photos of taking the chair out of the box and so on for customer services. They rejected the broken claim as they said the goods had to be replorted within 3 days of receiving the goods... which is not stated anywhere on their website. All we wanted was a replacement chair.
A week later, we then placed an order of £1000 for 4 more chairs. They were delivered and unfortunatly the colour never matched, which i indicated to the delivery driver. They said they were just delivering the goods and could not take it back and that we had to contact customer servieces. I emailed them immediatly and had a reply to say that they will not accept them back .

In two instances, we have been dealt with infair for large purchases... and they dont even have a phone nuber you can reach them on. We gave up after 3 hours waiting.
I wld never buy anything from them again and will make it my life mission to drag their name through the mud whenever i can.
I will be contacting the ombudsman as well to see if i can be helped further.”

I purchased a sofa which was delivered in July 2021. Upon delivery they caused significant damage to my home;
-dented fridge
-significantly damaged patio door frame
-cracked tile
-dirty packing which stained white walls
-scratches on kitchen cupboard
Upon the ‘experts’ assembling the sofa it became apparent that there was further issues;
-a leg missing
-a further damaged leg
-a rattle inside the foot stool
-and numerous dirt stains on the new sofa which transferred on from the filthy packaging (I was told to clean it myself on top of the further mess they caused throughout on transit)
I requested an immediate refund as this ‘new’ sofa was dirty and broken. They elongated this process before eventually issuing the refund approx 3 months later.
The NCF Living customer service team have been impossible to contact, as they fail to respond to emails and their phone number rings through to an answer message. On occasions when I have managed to source contact (through physically attending the store and then asking the store staff to contact head office/ customer service for them to contact me), I have found that the staff are unequipped and have a complete disregard to issues in question. Throughout the whole process, despite numerous requests they have failed to let me speak to a manager.
I have since requested reimbursement for the damage they have caused to my home, to which they have offered a insulting settlement fee that will simply not cover the cost of the damage THEY caused. As a result of a long drawn out process I have sourced advice through CAB and am awaiting to process court proceedings.
AVOID DOING BUSINESS WITH THESE COWBOYS.... They have no concept of customer service!”
